During the 2017 4 ACCS Reunion a granite bench was placed at the South Dakota Air and Space Museum, outside the Main Gate of Ellsworth AFB, SD, under a wing of the EC-135C, Tail #10262.

During the 2025 4 ACCS Reunion another granite bench was placed in front of the EC-135A, Tail #10287, at Offutt AFB, NE which once belonged to the 4th Airborne Command Control Squadron of Ellsworth AFB, SD.

Since 2017 (25th Anniversary), during reunions 4 ACCS families gather for a special ceremony at the location of the bench, remembering the 4 ACCS members who have passed away. In 2022, (30th Anniversary) a special gathering started with the Rapid City American Legion Riders escorted attendees from the hotel to the SD Air and Space Museum, followed by widow attendees escorted in a Model A automobile owned/driven by Darrel Sauder, with other 4 ACCS reunion attendees following behind the Model A.

These Folded Wings Ceremonies include Welcome from SD Air and Space Museum Director, Base or Wing Commander as guest speaker, Base Chaplain, Honor Guard, Taps, National Anthem, and remembering each 4 ACCS Folded Wings as their names are read aloud.
